Blessed

I am so blessed.  I have an amazing husband and an adorable little baby girl.  Speaking of baby girl, I only had to get up 4 times last night.  I know what you're thinking.  "Holy cow you have a 5 month old and you're still getting up that much at night?!"  Well a couple weeks ago her reflux started bothering her and it woke her up at night about 20 times.  Then we went to Texas for Thanksgiving and that probably messed her up even more.  Well now that we've been back for a few days and she has some medicine for her reflux she is slowly but surely getting back into the swing of things.  She has still been waking up quite a bit at night and it keeps getting earlier and earlier.  Kevin thinks it might be because we're still swaddling her at night.  Maybe she's waking up and doesn't like the fact that she can't move at all.  And that's really the only thing that it could possibly be, we've fixed everything else as far as we know.  So I am trying to get her to take her naps without her swaddle and I'm leaving one arm out at night when I swaddle her.  In a few days I'll try leaving both arms out and we'll see how she does.  She is currently napping without her swaddle, she hasn't really fallen asleep yet but I think it's coming.
Wow, I can't believe it's already December.  We've lived here for almost one year.  That's crazy!  I actually saw a few snow flurries the other day.  I'm looking forward to the snow but I know I'll quickly get tired of it.  If it's too cold outside it makes me feel guilty leaving the house cause then I'll be bringing Lydia into the cold weather to freeze to death.  But I know I can't stay inside all winter long, cause it's gunna be pretty cold until around March.
I got my teeth cleaned yesterday and again...NO CAVITIES!!!  I've never had a cavity and I hope it stays that way.  I just have a receding gum line...that kinda sucks.  Well we have about 8 more months till we Lord willing move back to Texas!  Can't wait.  It's not that Missouri is horrible or anything, it's just not home.  You can take a girl out of Texas but you can't take Texas out of the girl!  :)
