Riley Needs Attention Too!

Poor Riley wanted in on the attention that Lydia always gets.  So we had a mini photo shoot for him too.

Caught him mid lick in this one.

He looks so sad.  If he looks earless it's because he has his ears laying down.

This is his good side.

This is what Lydia does when you taunt a toy in front of her.  She opens her mouth big and breathes really heavy.  As seen above and below.  It's pretty cute.  We have had a week full of walks in the park this week thanks to the lovely weather.  And now I have a lovely farmers tan to go with it.  Tan forearms and white shoulders...you know you're jealous.  On our walk we pass by a horse ranch and she looks forward to that.  She knows when we are getting close cause she will sit up in her stroller and look to where the horses are supposed to be.  There's normally one right up close to the fence for her to look at.  Then when we get into the park there is a pond with about 50 ducks and geese.  Maybe more.  Yesterday we took some old bread with us and I just parked her stroller and started feeding the birds.  Before I knew it we were surrounded, literally.  There were ducks and geese running into my legs and stepping on my feet just trying to get at some yummy wheat bread.  They came about an inch from Lydia's feet.  She loved watching them.
There has been a slight change in plans when it comes to us moving back to Texas.  Kevin's rotation that begins the first week in August is in Oklahoma.  That is when Lydia and I were going to move back to Texas.  Well, the school didn't have a roommate to stay with Kevin so he was going to have to pay the full price of the apartment by himself instead of splitting it with someone.  At the same time Lydia and I would be in Tyler paying for an apartment as well.  So instead of that we decided that Lydia and I would move to Oklahoma with Kevin for the 6 week rotation, saving a couple hundred dollars by not paying two rents.  That way Kevin won't by living by himself.  So we will be moving back to Texas toward the end of September.  But, while we are in Oklahoma, we will only be about 4 hours away from East Texas.  So we will be able to visit more often.
